Day of the Fair: Saturday, March 12, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
FRIDAY, MARCH 11
4:00 – 7:00 PM: ALL PROJECTS MUST BE SET UP AT THIS TIME.
ONLY PREREGISTERED WILL BE ALLOWED.
ALL ISEF PAPERWORK (GRADES 9-12) MUST BE COMPLETE.
SATURDAY, MARCH 12
8:30 AM: JUDGES’ BREAKFAST AND ORIENTATION.
RECEIVE ASSIGNMENTS, PROJECT MAPS AND RUBRICS.
9:00 AM: STUDENTS ARRIVE
9:15 AM: STUDENT ASSEMBLY (IN AWARDS AREA)
9:30 AM: STUDENTS ARE STATIONED AT THEIR PROJECTS.
9:30 – 2:00 PM: JUDGING: STUDENTS MUST BE AT PROJECTS FOR INTERVIEWS.
NO PARENTS. VISITORS MUST LEAVE THE FLOOR.
11:00 AM: LUNCH (PIZZA) FOR STUDENTS, JUDGES, and TEACHERS
1:00 – 2:00 PM: JUDGES INTERVIEW GRAND PRIZE CONTENDERS AT PROJECTS.
EXHIBITION CHESS MATCH (12 SIMULTANEOUS GAMES)
1:30 – 3:00 PM: SCIENCE FAIR OPEN TO PUBLIC. STUDENTS ARE AT PROJECTS.
3:00 – 4:00 PM: AWARDS CEREMONY.
4:00 – 5:00: ALL PROJECTS MUST BE REMOVED.
